About This Program

The Philippine government provides free anti-rabies vaccination for dogs and cats as part of the National Rabies Prevention and Control Program. This is typically held annually or bi-annually in barangays across the country.

Who Can Apply?

All pet owners in the Philippines. Priority given to households in high-risk rabies areas.

Requirements

• Pet must be at least 3 months old
• Pet should be in good health condition
• Bring previous vaccination records if available
• Valid ID of pet owner
• Barangay clearance or proof of residency

How to Apply

Watch for announcements from your local barangay or city/municipal health office. Registration is usually done on-site during vaccination days. Some LGUs require pre-registration through their health centers.
