About This Program
Free to heavily subsidized veterinary consultation and treatment. Services include wellness checkups, diagnosis, treatment of minor ailments, wound care, and issuance of health/travel certificates. Medicines provided at cost or free for indigent pet owners.
Who Can Apply?
Makati City residents
Requirements
• Valid ID with Makati address
• Barangay Certificate for first-time patients
• Previous medical records
• For travel certificates: updated anti-rabies vaccination
• For indigent services: Certificate of Indigency from barangay
How to Apply
Walk-in at Makati City Veterinary Office during office hours. For specialized services, call ahead. Travel certificates available same day if all requirements complete.
