About This Program
Free spay/neuter services for dogs and cats, often bundled with free vaccinations. Aims to control pet population and reduce stray animals.
Who Can Apply?
Pet owners who cannot afford commercial veterinary services. Usually limited slots per session.
Requirements
• Pet must be healthy (will be checked by vet on-site)
• For females: not pregnant or in heat
• Pet must be at least 6 months old
• Owner must be a resident of the area (Barangay Certificate)
• Valid ID
• Bring pet carrier or leash
How to Apply
Pre-registration is required. Watch for announcements from PAWS, LGU social media pages, or visit your City Veterinary Office. Slots are limited and usually first-come, first-served.
