Free veterinary consultation and treatment for minor pet ailments. Services include physical examination, diagnosis, prescription, and free basic medicines. Also provides pet registration and health certification.

Caloocan City residents (both North and South Caloocan)
Requirements
• Valid ID with Caloocan address
• Barangay Certificate
• Vaccination records
• For health certificates: updated rabies vaccination required
How to Apply
Visit the nearest Caloocan City Veterinary Office (separate offices for North and South Caloocan). Walk-in during office hours. Queue system in place.
